We can repair almost anything! Simply request a repair here, and if there are any issues with your request, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

How long do repairs take?

Repairs typically take 5 working days from the time your bag reaches United Repair Centre to when it’s sent back to you. You’ll be kept updated throughout the process.

What information do I need for a repair?

When submitting a repair request, we’ll ask for:

  • Your order number
  • An image of the fault
  • The production number (instructions on where to find this will be included in the repair form)

Will my bag’s integrity remain the same?

Our repair partners will always aim to restore your bag to its original state. In rare cases, some design features may need slight alterations to complete the repair. If this happens, we’ll contact you beforehand to confirm you’re happy with the approach.

Does my repaired bag have a new warranty?

Yes! The repaired section of your bag will receive a new 1-year warranty, while the rest of the bag will retain its original warranty from the date of purchase.
