How do I request a return?
Visit our returns portal to start your return and receive a return label.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
UK & US – Returns are free.
Other countries – Sadly we do not yet offer free international returns, but we provide a discounted shipping label. The cost will be shown during the return process. If you’d like to check before ordering, email us at hello@stubbleandco.com.
How do I return more than one item?
In the returns portal you will be asked how many packages you need for your return. Please select the appropriate number and you will receive multiple labels if needed.
My order was a gift—can I return or exchange it?
Yes! Contact us at hello@stubbleandco.com with the name, email or delivery address of the person who placed the order, and we’ll help.
Exchanges – We can only offer exchanges in the UK and US. Please get in touch and we’ll guide you through the options.
Refunds – Must go back to the original payment method.
I returned my order, but I no longer have the card I used—what happens now?
Refunds will still go back to the original payment method as long as the account is open. Even if your card is lost, stolen, or cancelled, your bank should still process the refund.
If you don’t see the refund 10 working days after we’ve processed it, please contact your bank or card provider.
I no longer have my original packaging—what do I do?
No problem! Use any suitable box or mailing bag for your return.
