Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Order changes – If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update details or add items. Contact us at hello@stubbleandco.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations – If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it. Refunds are processed immediately for PayPal payments, while debit/credit card refunds take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

Can I change my shipping address?

Before shipping – Contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch.

After shipping – We can’t change the address once your order has shipped, but you may be able to redirect it using the tracking link. Get in touch if you need help.

Can I change the shipping provider?

We can’t change the shipping method after checkout, so please select your preferred option when placing your order.
