Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use this email to follow your order’s journey.
What if my delivery is delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days or your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at hello@stubbleandco.com. If you're in a rush, we'll do everything possible to help.
Why is my order being returned to sender?
If your tracking states that your order is being returned to us, it could be due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or another reason. Get in touch so we can figure out what happened and arrange a replacement.
My order says ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it—what should I do?
First, check your tracking details—it may have been left in a safe place or returned to the depot. If you still can’t find it, email us at hello@stubbleandco.com with your delivery address, and we’ll look into it right away.
